Eastman Flutes are great flutes. They have a nice tone and are very playable. There are several flute models, from an entry line student model to a step up flute with open holes and a low B key. Eastman Winds also makes Amadeus Flutes, the body is made by the Eastman Winds, the headjoint is a hand cut Haynes headjoint, and the instrument is set up by Haynes. These flutes are available with a solid sterling silver body, which results in a beautiful warm tone and an excellent instrument.
